Some of our products are available by ordering online while others are more unique and will need to be ordered over the phone. Please call us if you have any questions.
Shipping: Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground service or truck, depending on size and weight. Products may also be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Other ways of shipping may be available. Freight charges will be added at time of invoicing. Please call for pricing.
Method of Payment: We accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. No C.O.D.’s please.
Returns: All returns must be authorized by AZ Patio Plus and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned items must be shipped prepaid. Some sales are final, especially custom items. No returns are accepted after 30 days. No credit or refund will be issued on items returned without authorization number.
Warranty: Products may have a manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranty is available from AZ Patio Plus.
Website: To the best of our knowledge, this website is accurate and correct, however there may be typographical errors. We reserve the right to discontinue items, change vendors or changes prices as we see fit.
It is the policy of AZ Patio Plus that we do not disclose any nonpublic information about our clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. Personal and account information is restricted only for the purpose of fulfilling and order, billing or service requirement. Safeguards are maintained to guard customers’ non-public personal information. We do not give away or sell your email address. All information is kept confidential.
